ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way! When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Once an order has been processed, changes to items, shipping addresses, or names cannot be made. Please double-check your billing and shipping details carefully before placing your order, as our dispatch team works quickly to prepare and send out orders.

FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLDS

Free shipping thresholds are calculated based on the total order amount after discount codes have been applied and before shipping costs are added. This means the value of the items in your order (excluding shipping costs) must meet the minimum spend required to qualify for free shipping.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders

F.R.S.O. are generally shipped within 2 days using [Australia  Post's delivery standard is 2 - 5 days]. Flat rate shipping fee of [fee] applies to orders shipping to [locations outside VIC].

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

For simple flat rate shipping:  We offer $5 flat rate shipping aross Australia.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders will be shipped only after the estimated shipping date provided on the product page. Any in-stock items in your order will be shipped immediately, while pre-order items will be sent separately once they arrive.

Please note that exact shipping dates for pre-orders cannot be guaranteed beyond the indicative timeline shown on the product page. However, we will do our best to notify you if there are any delays.

Pre-order cancellations are not permitted unless otherwise specified. In some cases, we may allow cancellations within a limited time frame at our discretion.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

When your parcel arrives in your country, local customs authorities may charge import duties and taxes. These charges vary based on the value of the goods, their materials, and their country of origin. Since each country has its own rules and regulations, we cannot provide an exact estimate of the duties you may need to pay, as this is determined by your local customs officials upon import.

You may not always be required to pay duties or import taxes, but we recommend familiarizing yourself with the applicable regulations in your country to avoid unexpected charges. Please note, if you choose not to pay import taxes or duties and reject the parcel, your order will not be refunded.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at nithelabelshop@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
