At NI THE LABEL, we want you to love every piece you wear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days (2 weeks) from the date of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or style is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at nithelabelshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
